We use a mix of regenerative agriculture techniques to create a local food source whilst educating and demonstrating along the way. All with the aim of reconnecting people back to their food source. Working with nature not against it.
Here at Possum Creek we are working with 100 acres incorporating a mix of Permaculture, Holistic Management and regenerative Polyface farming practices to produce an organic food system that works with nature not against it. Our main goal is to reconnect people back to their food source, creating a place where people can come and see how food should be grown giving back to the land not just taking from it.
We will be selling delicious fresh free range pastured eggs and what other surplus we can generate from our fruit trees and vegetables. We will also be running educational courses on all sorts of interesting topics around growing food and creating greater control of our food source.
